One of the most important things I learned while creating social posts for Ann Taylor was a unique approach to cropping images — one that might be counterintuitive to a traditional video editor.
Whereas a video editor’s first instinct is to center the subject and keep her clearly visible, this type of work requires retraining that instinct to prioritize the product when considering crops and layout.
